Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon and surrounding areas are no exception to the correlation between high home values and great schools. Buy low, sell high is a great starting point for any investment, but unlike stocks or bonds you don’t get a location, school district or uses out of it besides the return. When our clients invest in real estate, providing a solid understanding of the strategies behind choosing a school district is an essential part of the property search.

When you purchase a home in Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore or San Ramon, you are investing in the school district where you purchase that home. Even homes within the same school disrtict will attract different people based on the location and boundary lines for a given school.

When looking to purchase a home, look at the schools surrounding those homes. People buy homes to raise a family in and most people want the best and schools are no exception.
