Dublin Ranch Promenade ‘Under Construction’

As you can see construction for the Promenade is now under way. A completion date has not yet been set, but the removal of the Toll Brothers temporary Sorrento sales office is under way leading some to speculate on when the Promenade will officially be under way. The Promenade provides a pedestrian-friendly main street for local residents, as well as those in neighboring communities. The Promenade will be retail, dining, entertainment and office space. Even though this new shopping area is quite large with the latest amenities, it still retains the charm and intimacy of an old-fashioned main street. The Promenade at Dublin Ranch will be accented with fountains, sculptures and other landscape elements. Our lively atmosphere, architecture and conveniences ensure customer exploration and loyalty.

Hey Tyler, great little blog. love all of the info. So you would want the A’s? have you seen the “city” that they are going to build with the new stadium? I do agree that the traffic and crowds would tarnish the small town feel of Plesanton, but still it would be cool.
Tyler, did you see that Standard Pacific sold the Sonata development there next to Fallon to Lennar? What are your thoughts on that? How are the sales on the new townhomes there for Toll?
Where did you get info on the buyout? I heard some mutterings about developments being sold a while back.
I have not checked out the ‘city’, but I will look into it. I think Pleasanton will be better off with the Sharks rink, but thats probably the last thing 580 needs at 5:30 in the afternoon
Sonata is now listed with the Lennar website:

The city of Dublin says that the Promenade won’t get developed until the Grafton Station at Tassajara is completed.
