Dublin Ranch has seen many changes over the years. From the Dublin Ranch Villages development to the proposed Grafton Station comprised of a 21 story mid-rise building accompanied by 3 smaller buildings. In the video below I am standing on Grafton Street looking South, where the Promenade will run and you will see a concrete building which is the new Lowe’s building and panning to the left is where Grafton Plaza and the mid rise buildings will be… is it a good thing for Dublin and the Tri-Valley?
