    Have any of the homes at Roselyn Estates sold? I made an offer earlier in the year and I noticed thatt they have not adjusted their sales prices in nearly a year.

    Prices have been at that spot for some time. Did they not want to reduce to your offer?

    All of the 5 new homes have been completed as of this month. One home has sold and the other 4 are now ready for delivery.

    Now that these homes are completed we did hire an independent appraiser to evaluate pricing. We have adjusted the prices to reflect these appraisals. Additionally, now that the homes are completed the builder has decided to include the upgrades in each at no additional cost.
