Whole Foods Dublin, CA - Former IKEA Location
Whole Foods in Dublin, CA is the first tenant signed by Blake Hunt Ventures to be located at the 28-acre ‘Green on Park Place’. Whole Foods will be the largest store on the Green and will be 50,000 square feet. Whole Foods in Dublin is also the location IKEA had eyed since 2003 when they purchased 27.4 acres for $29.9 million. Blake Hunt now controls the entire property after recently acquiring 13 acres last fall. The Whole Foods store will only be a part of the entire ‘Lifestyle Center’ located at the southwest corner of Hacienda Dr and Martinelli Way.
